Support for Quitting or Reducing Tobacco
Interested in reducing or quitting your tobacco use? Through its MyQuit program, the Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU) offers tobacco cessation services including one-on-one personalized individual sessions, drop-in support group sessions, and a prenatal and postnatal program. Eligible program participants can receive vouchers for nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) products such as nicotine patches, gum, lozenges, inhaler and oral mist.
To register for any of these programs, please contact MyQuit by telephone at 1 877-376-1701 or visit www.MyQuit.ca to book an appointment with one of our Quit Coaches. The MyQuit website also offers facts about quitting, personalized quit plans and tips from ex-smokers.
