Infection Prevention and Control Inspection Reports
Personal Service Setting (PSS) Inspection
The EOHU is mandated under the Ontario Health Protection and Promotion Act to inspect personal service settings (PSS) in the City of Cornwall and the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, and Prescott-Russell. Premises that are inspected include hairdressing/hairstyling, barbering, tattooing, micropigmentation, ear and body piercing, electrolysis, manicure, pedicure, aesthetics services and more.
Licensed Child Care Centre Summary Inspection
The EOHU is mandated under the Ontario Health Protection and Promotion Act to inspect the premises of licensed child care centres in the City of Cornwall and the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, and Prescott-Russell to ensure they adhere to infection control practices.
Inspection Reports
A summary of inspection results is posted online shortly after the inspection and includes any infractions (violations of the regulation) that are found at the premises.
Inspection reports will be available on this site for two years from the date of inspection.

Please note: If you’re looking for an inspection report that is 2 years or older or not yet available on this website, or for a report of a premises that is no longer in business, please fill out a request form. The form is available for download here or at the EOHU office nearest you. You must fill one form per premises.
Note regarding licensed child care centre inspection report: Only facilities within our jurisdiction are included. If a location does not appear, it may not be regulated by our agency or may not be in our current records. Due to system updates, inspection reports are available from January 2025, onward. For reports prior to this date, please contact us.
