The EOHU Wants Your Opinion!

The Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU) is launching a survey where members of the public like you can provide feedback about the health unit’s programs and services. The short survey also provides you with the opportunity to make suggestions about areas where the EOHU could make improvements.

“Providing excellent customer service is very important to the EOHU. We encourage everyone to take the survey as this tool will help ensure that we not only continue meeting the needs of the public in the years ahead, but that we go above and beyond their expectations” says Dr. Paul Roumeliotis, Medical Officer of Health at the EOHU.

The survey takes five to ten minutes to complete and your answers are confidential. The EOHU does not collect identifying information such as your name, email address or IP address. All data is stored in a password-protected electronic format and the results of this study will be used for planning purposes only. They will not be shared with other agencies.
