Watch Me Grow Drop-in
Wondering if your child is on the right track?
The early years in a child’s life are very important in their development. The Eastern Ontario Health Unit offers Watch Me Grow Drop-in sites for families with children from birth to 6 years of age to support you during this critical time in your child’s life, no appointment needed.
What services are offered?
Spend one on one time with a public health nurse in a safe and confidential setting. We are focused on you and your child’s wellbeing. We can answer questions about you and your child’s health and offer support regarding:
- Growth and development
- Breastfeeding
- Nutrition
- Mental health
- Positive parenting strategies
- Sleep and routine
- Fluoride varnish treatment
- Speech and language development
- Other programs and community services such as smoking cessation, dental health, and immunization

You and your child can receive these services by attending any of the Watch Me Grow Drop-in locations in the area. See the table below for addresses and hours. Please check the EOHU website or our social media before leaving for a Watch Me Grow Drop-in, in case of schedule changes.
