Farmers' Market Vendor Application

Ontario's Food Premises Regulation 493/17 will not apply if the proportion of vendors selling their own farm products is greater than 50% of the total vendor count during peak season. However, other relevant legislation still applies, including Ontario's Health Protection and Promotion Act.
