Recipe: Prep time: 10 minutes Cook time: 0 min Serves 2 Whole grain wrap, 6” 2 Canned light tuna, flakes, drained. - 1 can (4oz/85g) Mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp Hot sauce (Siracha sauce or Tabasco) 1 Tsp Soy Sauce, low sodium - 1 Tsp Cucumber, diced ½ Avocado, sliced ½ Carrots, matchstick ½ cup 1. In a small bowl, mix together the tuna, mayonnaise, soy sauce, hot sauce and cucumber. 2. Divide tuna mix, as well as vegetables, between the two wraps. 3. Wrap and enjoy! Tip: Use leftover chicken or canned salmon instead of the tuna.
