Residents Who Received a COVID-19 Vaccine Outside of Ontario Can Now Register Their Vaccine in New Online Tool

Residents who received one or both doses of a COVID-19 vaccine outside of Ontario or Canada are now able to register their vaccine(s) with the province, using a new tool developed by the Eastern Ontario Health Unit (EOHU). The tool will allow EOHU staff to collect the proof of immunization and enter a record of vaccination into the provincial COVaxON Vaccination Management System, so that residents can schedule their second dose or receive proof of one or both doses in the provincial system.
